realizes that every project is different, but we adhere to a basic set of
rules that have proven effective in past projects. We start every
project using these rules thereby making the entire creative process
productive and pleasant.
Phase 1
Discovery

Belm Designs
allows you to take advantage of our one on one consultation were we
discuss we help set the objectives of the project, budget
requirement, the the depth of the project, the criteria for which to
gauge it's successful completion, the deadline and deliverables due at
that time. In other words this is an
information gathering or discovery phase that requires great
attention. It may be helpful for you to provide competitor's samples
as well as samples that possess elements that are to your liking. This
helps us define the bar of industry expectation along with your
personal style and taste.
Phase 2
Concept
- The
second phase is to deliver a multiple concepts for the proposed
project. Each concept will have elements derived from information
that has been compiled from the first phase. This also allows the
client to get a first look at the overall direction, while being
able to submit new design elements.
Phase 3
Refinement
-
After
selection of the concept has been made, it is further refined by
Belm Designs. This includes development of all graphical or software
elements which are to be used in the final project. All placeholder
elements are removed allowing for actual look and feel of the
project..
Phase 4
Review
-
Review of
all project elements takes place at this phase. It is also the last
chance to make any minor changes to the design. Extensive testing
follows, ensuring proper functionality of all elements involved.
Phase 5
Implementation
- This
phase is the final phase, and only occurs after all other phases
objectives have been met. All materials produced are sent to their
final output medium (i.e. printing, distribution, etc), and then
delivered to the client for final approval and sign-off completing
the project..
